Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
Cancellations made on the day of your appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be canceled or shortened in order to respect the appointments scheduled after yours. If your appointment must be forfeited, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be required before rebooking.
